This article explains each of the 8 status lights and what they indicate.


The 8 Status Lights

  1. Terminal Discharge Light (Green/Red)

    • Green: Indicates that the container has been successfully discharged from the vessel and is now on the terminal.
    • Red: Indicates that the container has not yet been discharged or is still being processed.
  2. Container Availability Light (Green/Red)

    • Green: The container is available for pickup and can be accessed by the trucking company.
    • Red: The container is not yet available for pickup, possibly due to ongoing processing or documentation issues.
  3. Customs Clearance Light (Green/Red)

    • Green: The container has cleared customs and is ready for pickup.
    • Red: The container is still pending customs clearance, and pickup cannot proceed until this is resolved.
  4. Documentation Light (Green/Red)

    • Green: All necessary documentation for the container has been completed and verified.
    • Red: There are missing or incomplete documents, preventing the container from being picked up.
  5. Payment Status Light (Green/Red)
