When logging in to My Groveko, click on ‘Forgot your password?’
Enter your email address here, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
How can I order on account?
To order on account, you must first contact us. We will create a debtor number and a webshop account for you. After that, you can easily place orders through our webshop.
Can I modify my order?
As long as the items are in the shopping cart, you can modify or remove them. Once the order has been placed, please contact our customer service at 0318 – 63 21 85 or info@groveko.nl.
Where can I view my order history?
If you have placed orders at Groveko before, you can find them (after logging in) on My Groveko under the tab ‘Orders or order history’.
Where can I find my invoices?
If you have placed orders at Groveko before, you can find this information (after logging in) on My Groveko Webshop under the tab order history. If you want to receive a copy of an invoice, please email finance@groveko.nl with the order number.
