What can I do in the contractors portal?
In the contractors portal, you can register as a contractor. From the moment we approve your registration, you can receive quote requests from applicants through the contractors portal. If you accept a repair assignment, you communicate with us about it via the contractors portal. You will receive updates about your repair assignments and, for example, you can upload (additional) work quotes, delivery reports, and invoices.
Where can I find the letter in My file?
When you log in to My file, you will see a box called Letters on the overview page. This is an overview of the most recently sent letters.
Where can I find the letter about the pre-registration additional fixed fee in My file?
When you log in to My file, you will see at the bottom of the overview page a box called ‘Applications on hold.’ Your pre-registration is listed here. If you click on it, you will go to the page of your pre-registration. Here you will find the Documents and letters box.
I have received a letter about the additional fixed fee. Do I need to withdraw my pre-registration?
No, you do not need to withdraw your pre-registration. You will receive a personal message from us when you can actually make the formal pre-registration for the additional fixed fee.
